Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement", "Terms") is an agreement between Robolly, by Avantis Innovations LLC ("Service", "We", "Us"), and the affiliate partner ("Affiliate", "You"). By participating in Our program, You agree to comply with these Terms.

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

  • Affiliate may apply to participate in Robolly's affiliate program by completing the affiliate application form provided by the Service.
  • Robolly reserves the right to approve or reject any application to become an affiliate at its sole discretion.

Commissions and Payments

  • Affiliate shall earn a recurring commission of 50% of the net revenue received by Service from the referred customer's active subscription, excluding fees.
  • Commissions are only paid on transactions that are successfully completed and not refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.
  • Payments are made monthly, provided the affiliate has a balance of at least $100. If the balance is less than $100, it will be carried over to the next month.
  • Payments are made through Stripe Connect.

Obligations of the Affiliate

  • Affiliates agree to use ethical and legal means to promote Robolly and its services.
  • Affiliates must not engage in any spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or any form of illegal promotion.
  • Affiliates must accurately represent Robolly's services and not make any false or misleading statements.
  • Affiliates are required to use all tools, resources, and capabilities provided by Robolly in a respectful and responsible manner. Under no circumstances should these be used in a way that harms Robolly, or damages its reputation and goodwill.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create any employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the parties. Affiliate shall have no authority to bind Robolly or incur any obligation on Robolly's behalf.

Acknowledgment

By applying to and participating in the Robolly Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Agreement as well as Robolly Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliate's continued participation in the affiliate program after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

This Affiliate Agreement is effective as of March 1, 2024.
